Meet Mark Zlock

Zlock Law, P.C.

Mark Zlock represents individuals whose family disputes require direct advice, careful preparation, and the ability to present their case in court effectively. His practice, Zlock Law P.C., focuses on divorce, complex child custody cases, and related family law matters in Bucks County.

Mark is not interested in extending conflict simply to appear aggressive. He wants clients to know what the facts support, what the court may consider, and what each available course could mean for the family after the case ends.

When fair terms can be reached, he works toward an agreement. When negotiation cannot adequately address the issues, he prepares to place the evidence before the court.

Bucks County: Local Roots with Strong Commitment

Mark was born and raised in Bucks County and began his private law practice in Newtown in 2009. His familiarity with the county comes from living, working, and building businesses in the community, not simply appearing in its courtrooms.

Before establishing his legal practice, Mark owned and operated a home-service business and co-owned a Newtown coin and stamp shop. That experience gave him a practical understanding of the responsibilities behind a local business and how closely business interests, family finances, and personal decisions can become connected.

An Eagle Scout, Mark has also supported local organizations serving veterans, women, and families. His community involvement reflects the same sense of responsibility he brings to his work with clients.

Divorce and Complex Child Custody Cases

Mark handles difficult divorces and complex child custody trials. These cases may involve years of family history, disputed facts, parenting responsibilities, communication, safety concerns and questions about a child’s needs.

He identifies which details are legally important and organizes the documents, communication and other evidence into a case the court can follow. In custody proceedings, Mark also prepares parents for testimony and the questions they may face from opposing counsel.

Clients receive a direct assessment of what the evidence supports, what may be challenged and where further information is needed. This gives them a realistic basis for deciding whether to negotiate or proceed to trial.

A Reputation Built on Trust

Client reviews and professional endorsements repeatedly describe Mark as thorough, knowledgeable, and prepared. They also point to his ability to communicate directly, remain composed, and recognize when a matter should be negotiated or taken to court.

For Mark, those qualities are connected. Preparation supports stronger advice. Direct communication helps clients make better-informed decisions. Courtroom readiness gives negotiations greater substance when important terms remain disputed.
